Fight for Fareed began as one family’s search for a living donor. Today, it’s a platform to help others find theirs.

As of March 31, 2026, 1,638 Ontarians are waiting for a life-saving organ transplant. In Ontario, only 35% of health card holders are registered organ donors.

And, for many families waiting for a liver or kidney transplant for their loved one, a living donor is often their only real chance.
